[National Health Commission, together with relevant departments, engages in in-depth exchanges with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies] The roundtable meeting of the China Development Forum 2026 Annual Conference, themed "Planning for High-Quality Development of National Health during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period and Accelerating the Construction of a Healthy China," was held in Beijing on March 22. Lei Haichao, Director of the National Health Commission, attended the meeting and introduced the situation and policy issues of concern to enterprises. Officials from the National Health Commission, the National Healthcare Security Administration, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Medical Products Administration, and the Beijing Municipal Government delivered speeches. Representatives from well-known domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, high-level domestic hospitals, and high-end think tanks participated in the meeting. Representatives from eight companies raised concerns at the meeting, and the relevant department officials responded.
