The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO): We call on all parties to exercise restraint and refrain from actions that could escalate the regional situation. We consider the use of force unacceptable and call for the peaceful resolution of existing conflicts through dialogue, mutual respect, and consideration of the interests of all parties, in accordance with universally recognized principles and norms of international law and the UN Charter.
