Two COSCO Shipping container vessels, CSCL Arctic Ocean and CSCL Indian Ocean,
which had been heading toward the Strait of Hormuz earlier today, have turned
back toward the Persian Gulf and have not yet transited the strait, according to
AIS ship tracking data.
