The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that the 11th round of Russian-Sri Lankan foreign ministers' consultations was held in Colombo on April 2, with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko meeting with Sri Lankan First Deputy Foreign Minister Aruni Ranaraja. The two sides discussed key issues on bilateral, regional, and international agendas. They reaffirmed their shared commitment to continuing political dialogue, expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between Russia and Sri Lanka in various fields, and deepening coordination on international platforms.
