At midday closing, most domestic futures contracts declined, with lithium carbonate falling over 4%, ethylene glycol, polysilicon, SC crude oil, caustic soda, methanol, coking coal, liquefied petroleum gas, and PVC falling over 3%, and plastics, iron ore, and manganese silicon falling over 2%. On the upside, soybean futures and rapeseed futures rose over 4%, container shipping to Europe futures rose over 3%, red dates rose over 2%, and palladium rose over 1%.
