According to Lebanon's Al-Ahram TV, Lebanon's official position is to achieve a ceasefire first, followed by negotiations. The Lebanese delegation will include former Ambassador Simon Kamara, who represents Lebanon on the ceasefire monitoring committee, and another diplomat.
