Ukrainian Foreign Minister: We will observe when the ceasefire takes effect, and we are prepared to respond on our side. Our position is that there is absolutely no need to resume the attack. A lasting ceasefire will pave the way for genuine diplomacy to end this conflict that Russia can never win, and it must finally stop. We believe that a ceasefire is the right strategy to advance diplomatic efforts.
