Economists at the UK Office for National Statistics reported that economic growth accelerated further in the three months to February, driven by broad-based growth in the services sector. Within the services sector, wholesale, market research, hospitality, and publishing saw particularly strong growth, with all four sectors performing well in the three months to February. Meanwhile, automobile production also recovered from the impact of the autumn cybersecurity incidents.
