Iran said it will not attend Wednesday talks in Islamabad, according to Tasnim,
citing breakdown in commitments by the US. Tehran said Pakistan-mediated efforts
produced a 10-point ceasefire framework, but US actions allegedly undermined
implementation, including failure to enforce ceasefires and continued maritime
pressure. Iranian officials said recent exchanges showed no meaningful progress,
concluding participation would be a waste of time under current conditions.
