US Vice President JD Vance canceled planned trip to Islamabad as ceasefire talks
with Iran appeared uncertain ahead of Wednesday expiry, according to officials.
Iran said it has not made a final decision to attend citing unacceptable US
actions including a recent Strait of Hormuz blockade. Pakistani officials
continued mediation efforts. US envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were set
