Pierrakakis said. He emphasized dialogue as the preferred approach and
commitment to the transatlantic relationship, but added that “all options are on
the table” if agreements are not upheld. Pierrakakis said the EU has met its
obligations under prior commitments and stressed the bloc’s predictability.
