At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts declined, with low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), crude oil, and ethylene glycol falling by more than 5%, BR rubber and methanol falling by more than 4%, and plastics, styrene, paraxylene, PTA, container shipping to Europe, nickel, benzene, bottled chips, and propylene falling by more than 3%. On the upside, polysilicon rose by more than 4%, silver, platinum, and tin rose by more than 3%, and caustic soda and industrial silicon rose by more than 2%.
