U.S. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham: The claim that Iran does not need to completely destroy all its uranium enrichment facilities in a negotiated solution is baseless. A so-called moratorium (without the complete dismantling of uranium enrichment facilities and related capabilities) would essentially revert to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA, the "Iran nuclear deal"). I am confident that Iran's stance of refusing to destroy its uranium enrichment capabilities will be met with strong opposition.
