Chinese President Xi Jinping said China and the United States should implement
key consensus reached between the two sides and make better use of politics
and diplomatic channels as well as military-to-military communication, following
talks with U.S. President Donald Trump at the Great Hall of the People in
Beijing on May 14, according to Xinhua.
Xi also called for expanding exchanges and cooperation in areas including trade,
health, agriculture, tourism, people-to-people exchanges, and law enforcement.
