This announcement is a concrete action to implement the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Combating Undue Extraterritorial Jurisdiction." We urge the EU to immediately correct its erroneous practices and create a fair, just, and predictable market environment for China-EU cooperation. If the EU insists on overstepping its bounds, China will resolutely retaliate in accordance with the law.
