[Félix Molouwa Reappointed Prime Minister of the Central African Republic] On March 15, President Touadéra of the Central African Republic signed a presidential decree reappointing Félix Molouwa as Prime Minister. On March 13, Molouwa, following post-election custom, submitted his resignation to Touadéra, which was accepted. Touadéra won the presidential election to be held on December 28, 2025, and was sworn in on March 30 this year, beginning a new seven-year term. Molouwa previously served as Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation in the Central African Republic and was first appointed Prime Minister in February 2022.
