with Iran, according to sources cited by Israel’s Channel 12. Trump reportedly
discussed a potential “letter of intent” involving the U.S. and Iran that could
lead to ending the war and launching 30 days of additional negotiations on
issues including the Strait of Hormuz and Iran’s nuclear program. Netanyahu
reportedly expressed skepticism and urged continued military pressure on Iran.
Arab mediators including Qatar, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt are
said to be promoting a revised draft proposal, though sources said it remains
unclear whether Iran would accept the terms.
