The IRGC Navy said 35 vessels, including oil tankers, container ships and other commercial ships, transited the Strait of Hormuz over the past 24 hours with its coordination and security support. The force said the vessels received permission before passage and added that it had established a “safe waterway” for shipping and global trade despite what it described as insecurity caused by “the aggression of the US terrorist army” in the strait.
