Bagheri, speaking in Moscow during a meeting with Afghanistan's Deputy Defense
Minister, said the United States and Israel are common enemies of regional
states and that only regional countries have the right to determine their own
security and destiny. He said regional states should strengthen consultations
and cooperation to create conditions for independent decision‑making and to
avoid intervention by third countries.
