As of the 23:00 market close, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. PTA, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), coking coal, paraxylene, and staple fiber rose by more than 2%, coke rose by nearly 2%, bottled PET rose by more than 1%, and styrene (EB) rose by nearly 1%. On the downside, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) fell by nearly 2%, fuel oil fell by more than 1%, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), asphalt, and TSR20 rubber fell by nearly 1%.
