Today (29th), China State Shipbuilding Corporation's Hudong‑Zhonghua delivered a
174,000 cbm large LNG carrier. The ship is China's first large LNG carrier whose
cargo containment system is fully assembled with domestically produced
ultra-low-temperature (cryogenic) valves, marking the establishment of a
complete domestic industrial chain for large LNG carriers from materials and
design to supporting equipment.
