Yunnan vice governor Liu Yong said at a State Council Information Office
briefing on the 10th China–South Asia Expo that Yunnan's trade with South and
Southeast Asian countries have stood at or above 100 bln yuan for eight
consecutive years. The province will offer nearly 800 free exhibition booths at
the expo to help South Asian exporters of textiles, handicrafts and gems gain
access to Yunnan and broader Chinese markets.
