price‑procurement credit ratings are based primarily on bribery amounts,

thresholds for cumulative bribery: ≥10,000 yuan = untrustworthy; ≥500,000 yuan =
seriously untrustworthy; ≥1,000,000 yuan = particularly seriously untrustworthy.
