China's integrated circuit exports rose to $72.47 bln in Q1, up 77.5% YoY, with
memory product exports at $45.99 bln, up 174.2% YoY. A logistics firm said
memory-related export orders have doubled this year and single shipments valued
above 100 mln yuan have increased materially. Industry participants say the
surge reflects both cyclical global supply tightness and structural gains from
domestic memory-industry upgrading and market-share growth.
