Iran's parliament speaker Ghalibaf said concessions are won not through dialogue
but by missiles and that in negotiations Iran seeks only to make the other side
understand the situation. He said he does not trust any assurances or words—only
actions are the measure—and that Iran will not act before the other side does.
He added any agreement's winner will be the side better prepared for war on the
day after the deal.
