Guided by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and led by National Energy Group, the consortium aims to align with national strategic priorities and accelerate commercialization by promoting deep integration of technological and industrial innovation and creating a one-stop, full-chain technology commercialization service system. All central SOEs are co-builders; the initiative also draws in research institutes, universities, upstream and downstream industry players and innovative private firms.
