May 29 — The State Council approved immediate, temporary adjustments to the
implementation of the Regulations on Customs Affairs Guarantees and the
Regulations on Ship Registration to allow Hong Kong and Macau yachts to enter
and exit the mainland via designated ports in the nine mainland Guangdong–Hong
Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area cities without a customs guarantee and to obtain
temporary vessel nationality registration, provided they remain limited to
travel within those nine mainland GBA cities.
