On May 28, China National Gold Group party secretary, director and general
manager Yin Changbo met at the group's headquarters with JD Group SEC vice‑chair
and CEO Sandy Ran Xu and his delegation. Yin said China Gold is willing to
deepen strategic coordination with JD in digital centralized procurement and
supply‑chain management, gold and jewelry sales and brand marketing, digital
transformation and technology enablement, logistics, warehousing and security
controls, and employee services and corporate culture. Sandy Ran Xu said JD is
willing to pursue full‑scope, deep, high‑level cooperation with China Gold on
jewelry retail, centralized procurement, supply‑chain construction, warehousing
and logistics, and overseas business.
