UK Foreign Secretary Cooper said Israel’s military escalation in Lebanon has
caused civilian casualties and displacement, destroyed infrastructure and
constrained diplomatic space. He said Hezbollah must stop attacks on Israel and
disarm, and all parties should respect a ceasefire and sincerely engage in
negotiations.
