May 28 — The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
(SASAC) held a special training course at Tsinghua University for central SOE
personnel in the new-energy vehicle (NEV) sector; SASAC vice director Tan Zuojun
attended. SASAC said the program will accelerate organizational progress and
urgent talent development aligned with NEV electrification, smartification and
AI integration to support SOE transformation and upgrades. Training will focus
on technical leaders' industry-direction judgment, core-technology innovation
and industrial-ecosystem coordination, and on marketing leaders' user insight,
digital marketing and overseas market expansion, with a particular push to
cultivate AI+NEV specialists to enhance AI-defined vehicle capabilities and
AI-enabled advanced manufacturing.
