The Russian government said it will impose a temporary ban on exports of
aviation kerosene (including volumes purchased on exchanges), effective June 1
through Nov. 30, 2026, to secure stable domestic fuel supplies. Exemptions cover
fuel in aircraft tanks in transit, batches already customs-cleared before the
ban took effect, and deliveries under intergovernmental agreements.
