The State Administration for Market Regulation has launched the fourth
Enterprise Trade Secret Protection Capacity Enhancement Service Month, focusing
on biopharma, integrated circuits and artificial intelligence. It said it will
intensify case investigations, severely punish carrying confidential information
during job changes and malicious poaching, and publicly expose typical cases to
illustrate the law.
