Union workers at parts supplier Dauch have struck over a labor dispute and could
force GM to suspend production at its Michigan pickup truck plant later this
month. GM’s on-hand parts inventory can support roughly two weeks of production.
Workers are demanding higher pay above the current $22/hr minimum and improved
benefits.
