Changzhou Liyuan New Energy completed a CNY440m B round, with the investor
backed by Changzhou Jintan state capital. Proceeds will buy machinery and raw
materials for a high‑performance lithium‑battery cathode materials project.
Post‑round valuation is about CNY6.4bn. Changzhou Liyuan is a subsidiary of
Longpan Technology Group, focused on R&D, manufacture and sales of core
lithium‑battery materials.
