As of the early hours of June 2, Shanghai Pudong International Airport’s
cumulative entry-exit passenger flow this year topped 15.0 mln, hitting the mark
five days earlier than last year and accounting for roughly 25% of China’s
air-border entry-exit traffic, the highest nationwide. Pudong also facilitated
more than 1.77 mln transit passengers using 24-hour direct transit without
border clearance procedures.
