Iran is still assessing the final text of the memorandum of understanding and
has not yet responded to the U.S., a source told Xinhua. The source said Tehran
is being especially cautious because of historical U.S. non-compliance and
long-standing mutual distrust, and that Iran seeks concrete benefits based on
past experience.
