information and communications sector’s 15th Five-Year development plan, urging
higher standards and practical measures for plan drafting and implementation.
Officials directed a strategic, long-term approach—aligning the five-year plan
with 2035 targets and the national “six networks” layout—prioritizing
construction of next‑generation communication networks and computing‑power
networks, encouraging exploration of frontier technologies and continued
cultivation of new growth drivers.
