Kexing Group’s Beijing Kexing Zhongwei Biotechnology Co. has signed six tasks agreements under China’s national major science-and-technology program for emerging and major infectious-disease control. Projects cover vaccine and monoclonal antibody R&D against Dabie bandavirus, chikungunya, dengue and Zika viruses, plus research into mechanisms of severe disease from mosquito‑borne viruses and early intervention measures. The program prioritizes coordinated development of vaccines, therapeutics and key prevention technologies to meet national strategic needs in infectious-disease control.
