Kexing Group’s Beijing Kexing Zhongwei Biotechnology Co. has signed six tasks
agreements under China’s national major science-and-technology program for
emerging and major infectious-disease control. Projects cover vaccine and
monoclonal antibody R&D against Dabie bandavirus, chikungunya, dengue and Zika
viruses, plus research into mechanisms of severe disease from mosquito‑borne
viruses and early intervention measures. The program prioritizes coordinated
development of vaccines, therapeutics and key prevention technologies to meet
national strategic needs in infectious-disease control.
