Trump said illegal immigrants and foreign scammers steal billions of dollars
annually from U.S. taxpayers. He signed a new U.S. Treasury-led executive order
to prevent banks, credit-card companies and other financial institutions from
being used to facilitate human smuggling, drug trafficking, illegal immigration
and the criminal networks that organize these activities.
