Shanghai Customs said in the first five months of the year Shanghai ports
processed 201,000 departure tax-refund claims, covering refunded-goods sales of
1.92 bln yuan, up 300% and 62% YoY respectively; both claim count and value
accounted for roughly 40% of the national total, ranking first nationwide.
