Hong Kong's Food and Environmental Hygiene Department Center for Food Safety has
initiated a precautionary recall of a 750g Hong Kong-import batch of Jinlingguan
Zhenhu Platinum Stage 3 infant formula after sampling detected possible Bacillus
cereus heat‑stable toxin. The affected pack was produced on 23 April 2025 with a
best‑before date of 22 April 2027; origin listed as Inner Mongolia and imported
by Hong Kong Jinze Trading Co. Yili, owner of the Jinlingguan infant‑formula
brand, told customers it has investigated and found no link between its products
and the incident and that no counterfeit products have been identified.
