Shuimu Tsinghua alumni seed fund said it completed fundraising of RMB 535 mln
for a Shanghai vehicle and has launched a growth fund to cover investments from
seed to growth stage. Founder Du Yan said the firm follows an “invest early,
invest small, dual-track” strategy: concentrate on seed and angel rounds while
providing multi-round follow-on support. Core sector focus includes AI (AI
infrastructure, large models, embodied intelligence), new energy, new materials,
quantum computing and brain–computer interfaces.
