Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky: I spoke with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. We are preparing for negotiations and meetings concerning both the weapons we use for our defense and our diplomacy—namely, our joint diplomatic efforts with Europe to end this war. Europe undoubtedly needs to make its voice heard, establish its position, and contribute to all diplomatic efforts aimed at ending the war. We have coordinated on how to achieve this goal.
