Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said he spoke with UK Prime Minister Starmer and
they are preparing for negotiations and a meeting that will cover defensive
weapons and coordinated European diplomatic efforts to end the war. He said
Europe must articulate a clear position and contribute to all diplomacy
initiatives aimed at ending the conflict, and that they have coordinated on how
to achieve this.
