Israeli drone struck a vehicle in Nabatiyeh in southern Lebanon. Because the
ceasefire is predicated on Hezbollah withdrawing from southern Lebanon, such
strikes are permitted under the agreement and are expected to continue in the
foreseeable future. The pattern mirrors the situation before March 2: Hezbollah
halts operations while Israel conducts strikes. Hezbollah has said it will not
allow this; it remains to be seen how Hezbollah will respond.
