SpaceX has launched its IPO roadshow, proposing to offer 555,555,555 Class A shares at an expected $135 per share. Retail investors will be able to participate at the same price as large institutions. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Barclays and others are bookrunners. Underwriters have a 30‑day overallotment (greenshoe) option to purchase up to 83,333,333 additional Class A shares. SpaceX has applied to list the Class A shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Nasdaq Texas Exchange under ticker SPCX.
