Ukraine Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said on X on the 3rd that all 27 EU
member states have agreed to open access talks for Ukraine and Moldova.
Earlier the same day, Hungary said it had reached an agreement with Ukraine to
expand rights for ethnic Hungarians in Ukraine, a move seen as removing a key
obstacle to opening Ukraine’s accession talks. "We are one step closer to EU
membership: steadily moving towards our goal," Svyrydenko wrote on X.
