At the 2026 Huawei Cloud INSPIRE Creators Conference, Huawei director and Huawei Cloud CEO Zhou Yuefeng announced four Agentic AI products: the AICS Lingqu intelligent compute cluster, AMS agentic memory storage solution, CCE VolcanoNext integrated scheduling platform, and the AgentSphere runtime environment. AICS Lingqu is built on an ultra-high-bandwidth Lingqu network, supports up to 100,000‑card cluster scale with peak compute of 200 EFLOPS, reduces token‑generation latency to under 10 ms, delivers about 5 million tokens/sec per 1,000 cards, and offers online service availability of 99.95%.
