Shenzhen Financial Regulatory Bureau, jointly with the municipal industry and
information technology bureau, issued measures to promote high‑quality NEV
insurance. The notice encourages diversifying NEV repair parts supply; supports
NEV and battery manufacturers opening technology to improve battery repair
economics and permitting sale of three‑electric parts (battery, motor,
electronic control) via self-run or authorized networks; and urges insurers and
the NEV sector to deepen cooperation on technical exchange,
training/certification, shared repair networks and to explore unified,
reasonable parts‑repair pricing and claims standards to reduce vehicle repair
and insurance costs.
