iPhone/MacBook units, said its AI-server business is expected to expand sharply
by 2026; server assembly has overtaken smartphones over the past year to become
its largest revenue contributor, reflecting a global AI data-center buildout.
Alphabet, Amazon, Meta and Microsoft have committed roughly US$725bn to AI
spending this year, supporting demand, though concerns over potential
overcapacity and AI monetization persist.
